Everytime one of your dealers tops up their credits, an invoice is automatically generated. On file requests, if the dealer doesn't have sufficient credits, the remaining credit balance on their account will be deducted (if applicable) and the balance owed will be automatically invoiced.

How It Works...
New File Request
Your dealer uploads a file request using our Fast UK VRM & Vehicle Lookup to your branded portal. If the dealer doesn't have sufficient credits available, they will be required to top up prior to submitting the file request.
Recieve File Request
You're notified by SMS & Email and the file request sits pending in your portal inbox where you can view all requirements along with the full vehicle data such as Make, Model, Transmission, and much more...
Send Solution
Claim the file request to update the status to IN PROGRESS - Send back the updated file and your dealer is charged automatically and notified by SMS & Email.
File Request Complete
Your dealer can then download their file along with a Tuning Certificate branded to your company. Then if there is no further activity on the file request, it will automatically close after 24 hours.
